I think we're all used to Miley Cyrus's boobs and buttox by now. The star's a bit of a "rebel without a cause" type these days, and literally takes every opportunity to strip down and shock the world. 

She has rapper friends. She admits to smoking weed. She gyrates against forest animals. She even seems to be a little bit obsessed with her tongue. 

Why are we even pretending to be surprised by her latest shoot with photographer Terry Richardson?
