The Beckhams cover Vogue Paris

Victoria Beckham has the opportunity to guest edit Vogue Paris recently, and seems to have done it in her typical manner of elegance and grandeur. And, naturally darling David Beckham was along for the ride! I love this December/January cover, which spills sensuality, decadence and sex appeal in a romantic embrace.

'David and I have been through so much together. We’ve had our ups and downs, but we’re so proud of each other.'

The magazine is a staple French fashion bible, which basically means that the Beckhams have their preened fingers on every aspect of the world. I love the subdued nature of the shoot, barely-there makeup and nude lips, which compliments Victoria's emerald green dress beautifully. Smouldering. That's all.

No Summer Lust? Join Weaver.

Summer can either make or break you. You're either that girl or guy breaking egos on the dancefloor, or the "cultured" type huddled with a lass of vino on the couch watching Pride and Prejudice. On a Friday. At night.

The problem with the holidays is that most people already have more than enough friends to start their very own party bus, and aren't that keen to take in strays. Got 99 problems and a friend aint one of them? Pretty damn sad baby.

I recently came across startup company Weaver, which is a social media matchmaker for groups of friends. The best part is that Weaver is devoid of the pressure of an online dating profile - instead, you are asked to use your Facebook account! All you're asked to enter is essential info, such as if you're good at putt-putt or have enough tenacity to survive a game of cat and mouse. Easy peasy stuff.

The info is then used to match you (plus two friends) with 3 other friends. Basically, you end up with a group of 6 people who are just out to have good convo and a good time - forget about finding "the one"! Weaver charges R79 per person to arrange for the groups of friends to meet and the first round of drinks is on them. Sounds too good to be true, right?

I had a look at some of the pics on the Weaver Facebook page, and can confirm that no mingers, truck drivers or weirdos were spotted. Instead, you seem to have a group of friends having loads of innocent fun, with the added benefit of a little liquid confidence.

It's like a wingman party. With more wine. They only have one rule - play nice!

Get Crafty and Win an &Union Beer Tasting Voucher!

If you live in Cape Town, are fond of beer and love relaxing in a chilled-back ambience, then it's very likely that you've been to &Union in Bree Street. A favourite of Cape Town locals and a preferred setting for anyone needing a good glass of Craft Beer, &Union has pretty much become a must-see watering hole!

A moody interior, pretty Cape Town hipsters and a seriously festive atmosphere once the Craft Beer comes out to play. Craft Beer is artisanal beer that has been brewed from superior ingredients, and that tastes far richer than your average bottle store brew. It's a bit more expensive, but you're paying for quality here, so you may as well indulge!

&Union also has live music on various nights during the week, and a yummy menu to go along with it. Oh, and there's table tennis if you're that way inclined! So, I suggest that you kick back with a crafty glass of beer this Summer at one of Bree Streets must-see spots!

Join the Henry Holland Party with Mr Price

The new Hanging With Henry & Friends range from Mr Price is basically the quirkiest party you'll be invited to right now. The British designer has teamed up with Mr Price (again) to create a range of fun, dynamic, rock-chic dress which need to be on your list of Summer must-haves!

Personally, I love the price factor of purchasing an uber-cool dress, which encompasses the edgy aesthetic of Henry Holland himself, while still being within your budget. The range of 9 dresses have been inspired by Henry's famous friends - Rita Ora, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Pixie Geldof, Kelly Osbourne, Iggy Azalea, Alexa Chung, Agyness Deyn and Poppy Delevingne.

Put on the Katy Perry dress and let out your inner feline, or get inspired by some stars and stripes with Rita Ora! The point isn't to mimic these fashion icons, but to get inspired by them, which I love! With a fashion-forward mix of eclectic colours, checked prints, leather and some kitty purr purr - we definitely want more. This is a definitely a collection for every girl who wants to stay on top of her fashion game, and who isn't scared to take colourful risks with her wardrobe.

For every dress sold, R10 will be donated to the RedCap Foundation Schools Project.

An All White Affair at the American Music Awards?

A classic colour staple for most women, white seemed to rule the red carpet last night at the American Music Awards. The trend seemed to be to stick to basic colours, while still playing things up with cut-out designs and ombre hair.

My favourite look of the night was my personal fashion icon Nicole Richie! She radiates elegance with every turn - sleek, sexy and understated glamour. A surprise for me was Miley Cyrus, who wore a Versus Versace suit, which ticked all my boxes - great hemline, edgy and minus a tongue. Loved it.

Miley's guide to being 21.

Miley Cyrus officially made it to 21. Rejoice peasants. The girl's not going anywhere! Armed with one too many forest animals, way too much spandex and an ass that looks like Thanksgiving dinner - yes, she's a party in a cup. Mashable gives us Miley's guide to prowling the night on your birthday!

1. Make sure you select the right accessories.

2. But, don't wear anything that is easily destructible.

3. ALWAYS do something crazy!

4. And, you can never wear too much glitter.

5. Pack snacks.

6. When in doubt, stick out your tongue.

7. And, know when the party's over!

Candice Swanepoel for Woolworths.

Denim and leather. If these stunning campaign images are anything to go by, these are certainly two top trends to expect at Woolworths this season!

It's not a secret that I'm kind of in love with Candice Swanepoel, and I'm pretty much putty in her hands after seeing these pictures of her shoot for Woolworths.

Think grunge, think edgy. The new collection from Woolworths seems to be aimed at the young at heart, with an emphasis on cropped tops and shorty short shorts. I definitely have my eye on a cute pair of sequined shorts, which would look perfect paired with a leather jacket on a night out.

I'm so keen for some Summer lustin' after taking a peak at this!

Ted Baker AW 14 Collection!

The new Ted Baker collection is absolutely ravishing. A vintage inspired shoot, which seductively purrs a sexy Christmas spirit to me - yes, I love.

Eclectic blues, romantic floral patterns and deep reds give the entire a collection a rather fiery feel. This is for the individual who loves to mix things up in the workplace, before unwinding with a Singapore Sling after a hard day of playing boss - power dressing just got tailored, primed and preened!

The sexier fit, combined with a hint of nostalgia, really do make me want to wrap myself up in these essential pieces.

Ted Baker is available at Stuttorfords stores nationwide.
